Jack,

Dude if you're reading this thread, seriously don't get that upset. Bodybuilding for the most part, is a sport where only the most genetically can truly have a viable career in.  I don't think you’re a terrible bodybuilder, I just don't think bodybuilding is for you on the pro level.  I think once bodybuilders see pictures of themselves, recreation or what not, we quickly realize that we are all NOT created equally. Guys like Coleman and Heath and Levrone..to name a few... have all the right things working for them. Just to mention a few those "things", shape, size and symmetry…  I myself self have some nice shape, but I totally suck in the symmetry department…  You can't really change what's been given to you, you can only go so far bro.  There is life after bodybuilding…

What a bunch of jerks!  Jack is a powerlifter that is doing some crossover into bodybuilidng.  He looks good and will get alot better- give him some time.

Jack is a BODYBUILDER....  jack competes in bodybuilding contest and that is why he qualified to become a professional bodybuilder.....not because of his powerlifting accomplishments.  Jack is a nice guy on here, but when you accept professional status and step on stage with legit pros you should be at the caliber.   No one pays to see a pro show with local level physique in there.  if you went to a broadway play, paid a hundred bucks a ticket and got performers from the local youth group you would be upset, no?  C'mon man, nothing against jack but look at it honestly.  A lot of guys should NOT have accepted pro status...they were not honest with themselves by doing so.

This should be a warning to all you bulkers. London is not fat in these photos, its loose skin. He gained to much fat, and lost it to quickly.

You all think Jack understands he doesn't have the genetics? No, he thought he was blackballed for some reason in the NPC last year. For being friends with Arntz or whatever it was. He seems to think he is an elite pro caliber bodybuilder. He thought it was politics that he didn't win his local show in the NPC. Guess the politics followed him to the PDI huh?

Before the PDI show, Jack would brag to Shawn and Chic how he he is constantly in demand as a guest poser and is one of the most popular bodybuilder on the net.  Who the hell would pay for him to guest pose if this is what he looks like on stage.  Talk about delusional.

Yet, you've bashed my pictures when I did my first NPC bodybuilding show.

Nice words except you're only saying it because Jack is your friend, not because you really mean it and you don't want him to get the same treatment that I've gotten around here for my pictures.

Unfortunately, you know what's going to happen  now.

Stay strong, Rhino.

Vince im actually starting to think you believe these words your typing, jack looked bad yes..really bad, but your outing doesnt even compare to his trust me, you looked 100 times worse than that, 100 times.

at least he has a bit of muscle youve got zero muscle, i cant believe your saying you overdieted for that show, lol, i just cant believe it, i think you really are mental. on those pictures of yours you just look like a fat guy with posing trunks on, i know its pointless for me to keep trying to explain things to you, you really are the most deluded person on earth.

I disagree, there are plenty pros(Ronnie,Cutler,Lee Priest, Dennis James) who blow up in the offseason, but come in ripped with no loose skin at the contest. I think its a matter of genetics(again!) and age.
Back to topic, Rhino was a HUGE dissappointment. He looked way better in some other pics i saw floating around on the net. Every picture posted in this thread is terrible. Ill give him props for showing up and doing his thing, but thats it.Maybe this is not for him, i wish him the best of luck and health.

Peace

Gotta jump in for my boy here............
Jack was extremely overweight (aka: fat) earlier in his life, that is where the loose skin comes from
(i believe he has had some sugery done on the area) he needs more (a tuck or whatever the fuck it's called)
he fixes that,comes in bigger/fuller harder/dryer
he will do just fine.................... .don't write him off just yet
Jack will be back
count on it...................... ...............Mike

I believe Rhino is a former powerlifter, who could put up some pretty high numbers...so i'd be careful with that kind of remarks.Too bad his legs dont show for it.Or maybe im completely wrong.

Didn't know about his obesity issues. Or his surgery. Still, doesn't explains why he gets up on stage looking like that. Could you honestly say that he looked better than yourself?

I'm sure he squats. But he's probably suffering from the Kamali Disease - Partial Squatting with heavy ass weights thinking he's a bad ass. Excusing his poor form on knee problems or some shit like that.

I apreciate all the comments made. I was happy to be there. Jimmy Mentis had me cycling my carbs and I was going flat onstage . As I ate, at the night show, I looked better. Anyway, I feel that I copmpletely missed the mark for many reasons. For now, I am taking a break, but still was no where near my best.

Thanks....Jack

Care to give us more details regarding your last days carb loading, this is the biggest mystery in contest prep for me and I would appericiate some insight.

I see no reason for you to be bothred with these retards, even the great hall of fame pro's missed their mark a few times and they got dozens of shows under his belt.

And we all know this isnt your best,we seen your X weeks out pics. You will own them next time!

Thanks, I apreciate it. I never carb loaded before and I think that I needed a couple more days. I think if you see some pics from the night show, you will see a different guy. I do fell my placing should have been 12-13th. Anyway, Jimmy mentis and I spoke on this and he feels I was about 60%. I missed the maek as I stood on stage, I was going flat, and getting watery. After I ate, I looked much better. Still all-in all, I think, factoring in my missed loading, I did okay.

I belonged there.....

Jack, post some pics from the night show if you have any.

In all fairness, many of those pics are transition shots or from an odd angle.

Jack, do you think you got a little too heavy in the offseason, did that play any role?  I've found (for myself) that getting bigger in the offseason is a must and carrying some fat is helpful to build but if your too far from contest weight it makes the pre-contest dieting harder, more drastic and you can loose some muscle with dieting hard to try to loose the offseason fat.

I had a friend who competed recently who flattened out with too many diuretics trying to loose the last bit of water/fat around his waist.  After he ate and drank quite a bit of water, he looked significantly better for the night show....it happens.

"People don't know what I am going to look like for example. Some say I look good in some pictures and sh!tty in others. People say maybe you can beat a Lee Priest. The point is there is uncertainty, which will give the fans something different."
Anyone with half a brain knew what you'd look like on stage - complete balls. There is no point of uncertainty now. You should have left your monster rhino tank top on. now we know why you were the only one with a tank top on in the posters.

So you have begun dieting for the Night of Champions?
"Oh yeah. But I'm already in shape. I have striations in my glutes and veins in my stomach, and I'm 260 right now."What happened to the striations in your glutes that you had during your interview? Must have lost them when your "greek god" had you carb up too much. ::)

[ Q ] Do you do any last week things to get into contest shape?
No, I don't believe in that. I never understood why bodybuilders would do something that works for 14 weeks and get into great shape, only to do something completely different the last week before the show. Obviously I do dry out the last few days. This year the PDI will have drug testing, so there won't be any diuretics or anything like that. So what I will probably do is increase my water for three or four days as this is a natural diuretic and then the day before the show I will cut my water - that's all.Is that what you look like with no diuretics? Lie to us some London - there was no drug testing, you were juiced to the gills and still, you looked like balls.

[ Q ] Good luck with your pro debut Jack. Is there anything else you would like to mention?
I just want everybody to know I'm going to be bringing it hard in September, and don't be writing me off as someone who shouldn't be up on that stage, because when it is all said and done, everybody's going to be a believer. There are a lot of believers now, but there will be even more when I'm done.
You were written off because you shouldn't be on any bodybuilding stage. Still think every body's going to be a believer? We are, we all believe you are full of shit.

All is correct. I went and ate, after prejudjing, and drank water, I came back looking much better. I am going to wait till next year, and work with Jimmy, in the offseason, to come in better at NOC and then in Barbados....

Wait to see the pics from the night show, I am a different person.  But, too late. Still though even at my best I would have been 12-13th, not even top ten, those guys were that good.
