IMO, he's got great quads, good sweep and proportionate. Can't see the hams all that well. The only problem is the calves, they suck quite bad. But that's alright.

Awesome physique.

I predict Troy will be overlooked as usual, because he won't beat Cutler, Coleman or any of the usual top guys with fridgerator midsections.

Troy is one of the most underated bb. He looks amazing and I'd like to see him get in the top 10 maybe higher. His waist is where the IFBB wants to supposedly wants to go, proportions are nice. He is as good as a Johnnie Jackson and could have won the Montreal. If he nails his conditioning this time and they stand him next to Branch, Johnnie, Dexter, etc. it will be hard to ignore him.

Agreed, Troy's looking to be the one to watch!

He's transformed his physique far more than anyone else.

Nor should he. I'm a fan of the tight midsections myself, but there is room for more than one type of physique on stage. He shouldn't beat Ronnie or Jay, but maybe Dennis James!
