How many people do you know that can't stand their employer...Probably well over 75%...People go where the money is...period....why would he be any different...If sponsers(where the money is) start really backing other organizations, im sure Lee would follow them...

I bet if you took a pole from all the IFBB athletes, you would find that over 75% of them also can't stand the way the IFBB runs....

There could be many factors in why and when they decide to make a ruling.

No i would need to know by then.As Twinlab got my ticket to the Olympia i get there Thurs ,meeting is weds plus,i would need to puit color on,change supps over

,water pills,eating the diet would change.This can not all be done l;ast minute so yes they are setting themselves up for the big fall.Shawn where is the Ben jumping of that building again....?

Hey, Bob, you have to admit that is funny to read. Day after day you defend and interpret controversial IFBB rules. When someone calls you on it you say:

I thought the PDI was where the money is. Lee doesnt like how ifbb is ran , so just stay with PDI.

They can't "call me on it"...when it ain't mine to get called on. Whats so hard to distinguish between INTERPRETING the rules and MAKING them?

Try and also figure out the difference when you say "defending"...

Bob, you once said that Lee would be suspended from the IFBB the minute he steps foot on the NOC stage. He did just that Sat. night and now it's Wed., what's the hold-up. Were you wrong in what you said? You made it sound so cut and dry and that there would be no question about it. Now everyone [especially Lee] is waiting for an answer. As athletes rep. you can't get him one.

I just don't see how the IFBB can let any of this go to a court. For that matter, I don't get how or why none of the WBF guys took them to court at the time of their own suspensions/expulsions.

Recent history (Jay in 2001) seems to show that the IFBB is not interested in seeing the inside of a courtroom. Of course, if Jay or Lee were to hurt the IFBB (by proving they are not a non-profit organization, for one thing), they'd lose a big source of their income, at least for a little while.

You are most likely no longer an IFBB member ever since you stepped on a PDI stage. Unless they forgive or something but I wouldn't be surprised if you got slapped with a big fine

Then that is all they have to say....but they are saying nothing very good of them huh? Why they being silent i heard from day one i would be suspended i did PDI so i am waiting for thier answer.......

They probably feel if they suspend Lee now they may lose allot of fans that want to go to the show and see Lee. Plus, they really DO NOT know what to do. There biggest show is in two weeks and one of their most popular competitors has caused an issue that needs to be addressed yet no one has any idea what to do. If they do any type of suspension Lee will take them to court. Unlike the other members of the IFBB Lee is not afraid of them and will take them to court. They know this now by his recent actions. And there is NO WAY IN HELL the IFBB wants to see the inside of a court. With their pro steroid and tax issues it would destroy them.

Well, any delay certainly works in his favor.

He'll be able to file a grievance via his professional union which would allow him to compete in any sanctioned events until he has a proper hearing with the division of the governing body responsible for these cases.

Lee, think about it bro - if you 'subtly' let them know that you have nor problems taking them to court, they will be FORCED to realize that court isn't the best option, no, court ISN'T an option. Threaten them Lee, like they've threatened you. Let them know (again, subtly) that if THEY ruin your career, you can ruin their FEDERATION... again, indirectly.
