This is the week that pics are due (see below)!!!  Hopefully you are in shape and ready to win some monster prizes and lay down some savage pownings!!1!  Either that or you will be providing fodder for good roastings for the year to come...ha ha! 

Either way, pics are due by Thursday of this week!!!  I strongly urge you to read the instructions on Mr. GetBig carefully.


"The photographs must be taken sometime during the week of Sep 18th and submitted by Thursday Sep 21st!!  Please include one pic holding a USA Today newspaper (or some other well known newspaper), to validate the date. Pics taken before Sep. 18th will not count."

most of the guys in it dont realise how different it is when your in a entire body shot, not just showing a bicep or something...
TA so far looks by far the most prepared. He knows being lean, is the #1 priority when competing. He looks great...anyone can have beer muscles, not everyone has discipline to have abs...except if your just naturally skinny...

I'm not a competitive guy but it was always my understanding that you should start tanning a few months out...you might have missed the boat on that one...do you have a mystic tan in your area-I think they "spray" the tan on you-you might want to do that and then go buy some pro-tan and start applying.......just my opinion..if I'm wrong someone correct me.

well, I guess it depends on how you want to look.  A tan is a big part of it.  If you're serious about winning you should be doing everything you can to look your best otherwise it's gonna end up being a coulda, shoulda, woulda situation and you know what that means.
