Anyone live nearby so they can call Roger Morrison to confirm who is competing?

If our roving reporter can get some clear photos at the prejudging then a video at night should be popular if uploaded to U-tube! Occasions like this have to be recorded for bodybuilding fans everywhere.

Yeah we need to get a confirmation that Vince is in the show before we send everyone down there. If I end up going and Vince isn't competing, I will be pissed.

These are the guys we need to contact...They will be covering it, and maybe if Ron traded out some advertising space we could get some in-depth pictures of Melvin

Vince said the crowd will enjoy his posing routine

I was coming onstage with a bumblebee outfit (got the idea from Tre) but the suit was damaged on delivery.  I'm going to Earshot today to listen to some beats but if I don't find anything, I'll just use some classical and just hit my 8's.

And no, I didn't miss my carbing up this time.  Having rice cakes with jam and peanut butter right now.  Did however miss out on some contest techiniques I could have used instead of doing the split routine training but I'll use them for the Carolina Clash

I think I speak for everybody here when I say "We would have loved to see you in the bee suit".

It would have saved us lots of photoshopping time.  :)

It wasn't a huge Kamali-style suit, merely some black antennas, yellow posing trunks, glasses, and I was going to wear black shoes and socks.

I do have some backup trucks coming today which are flex-cut blue but I plan to do the morning show in some classic white posing trunks.  I'll wear the blue for the night show or my black trunks

If you want to confirm as best as possible, call the Scottish Inn and ask if Vince is there.  If they have no idea what you are talking about - the whole thing is a farse.

If you folks wish to meet me, I'll be weighing in on Saturday in the morning.  I'm going to check into my hotel around 2pm Friday and chill out until then.

And the idea of bothering the promoter just to find out where I am is a little creepy if you ask me.  I wouldn't be surprised if their's a crowd of people in bumblebee outfits waiting outside my hotel.

WTF, I've never seen white posing trunks at a contest.

There will be no Goodrum on stage. Honestly, who here actually thinks he will be competing?

Yes, white posing trunks have to be made since they are generally not used and they are much more expensive.  However, I do have a pair

Good luck to you Vince.  I wouldn't recommend the white posing trunks though.  Remember there is a reason fat chicks wear black.

You should be drying out pretty good by now.

Most people look the most impressive in room pics on thursday.  Once you start putting tan on, the room isn't bright enough to look sharp.  You need the stage lights with the tan.
So, you're probably looking pretty freaky in your room right now.
