I'm gonna try to get down there for prejudging too. Do you all want to meet up sometime in the morning so we can discuss the gameplan for getting all the Vince footage we can. Maybe have people taking pics from different angles in the auditorium and then one of us could try to get some video footage of the man himself. Send me a pm.

Odds are Goodrum ain't showing. Only a fool would be there at prejudging. The bumblebee trunks naturally never showed up, either. There is no way he can 'win' anything by enterring. At best he can minimize the damage. We can't leave this important occasion to willing lads from the Carolinas. Does anyone in that state even have a digital camera? Maybe I have watched too many Jerry Springer Shows where they play that hillbilly music when guests announce they are from there.

I think we can expect him there as a spectator. If he stays at the motel then that would be a good place to catch any candid photos of deliveries, taxis, and call girls, etc.

If you hear a commotion outside in the middle of the night make sure you investigate. Bring your camera set on flash. If some taxi driver has an appointment for Goodrum then get assistance from the management to find him. Record everything. This will be the scoop of the year. Ditto for pizza boys and call girls.

According to Goodrum in another thread he is concerned about holding too much water. His bubble is sure going to burst come Saturday!

When I study Melvin's 2004 physique I can see some muscle and separation in his arms. Frown is superb. Then I look at the rest of his package and I swear I break out laughing. Examine the photo and see if this happens to you. Maybe if he wasn't so qualified re nutrition and training we might go easier on our buddy Goodrum. Looks like he will be bringing home the bacon again.

I was coming onstage with a bumblebee outfit (got the idea from Tre) but the suit was damaged on delivery.  I'm going to Earshot today to listen to some beats but if I don't find anything, I'll just use some classical and just hit my 8's.

And no, I didn't miss my carbing up this time.  Having rice cakes with jam and peanut butter right now.  Did however miss out on some contest techiniques I could have used instead of doing the split routine training but I'll use them for the Carolina Clash
Man I hope you fuckin come correct cause you have really put yo ass out there this time!! You gonna have 1000 muthafuckkaz takin pics of you throughout the contest and that shyt will hit the net like a run away freight train!!

I wonder how Melvin's preparations are going today? We need to encourage him not to make any errors so that he comes in at his absolute best.

Well, he's got about three hours or so until his check-in time, so we will know soon enough. This is either the best troll of all time or a Napoleonic-sized delusion. I am hoping for the latter.

I notice that Goodrum has more stars than I have. That must make him confident. If Goodrum comes out of this smiling he will have made stooges out of all of us!

Didn't think you could use props (bumble bee costume) in an NPC show?
Done my share and they were very strict about this...no jewelry.....no nothing

Good luck in your show Vince.
Don't worry about carbing up so much, just make sure your as lean and dry as possible.  As long as you are in better shape than last year, people will see an improvement.

I just checked in and practiced some posing in the mirror.  Everything looks fine and I'm problably around 6 or 7% bodyfat although looking in a hotel mirror isn't the same as being onstage.  I'm eating 8oz steak and half a grapefruit every 3 hours so I'm feeling great and the water is flushing out.  The niacin burned like like a fucker and I woke up sick as a dog but it got rid of most of the water under the skin.  I could be more tighter but as I do more shows, I'll get better and better.

My extra posing trunks came in and they sent crushed satin blue which makes them worthless since only solid colors are allowed.  But I brought extra's so I should be fine.

As far as my stars are concerned, whether they are blue or yellow doesn't matter.  I feel great to get back onstage after 2 years and do just as well as I did in wrestling
