about 50-65 lbs of fat off with no cardio and 3 days a week of lifting and using my diet.

Trust me,
I was 30-40 percent bodyfat.

Its was not pretty at all.

I do look bigger with fat because of my thin bones, but it looks just awful from the front....I will post those soon as well.

I was probably about 35 percent bodyfat.

hahhah No, thats just the overhead light glaring off of the top of my hair on my head.My hair is light and it does that.

Im standing literally 2-3 inches from the light as it is a ceiling fan that hangs down.

There is no way you were 30% bodyfat fat, Adonis. Not in that picture. You wouldn't see a single detail anywhere in your back at that level and your waist would be so fat you'd have NO taper whatsoever.

Yup, I SURE was 30-40 percent fat there.

From the front there was nothing but fat.

I think it is funny how most on here have no idea just how FAT they REALLY are.

Show the front then, 'cuz I don't believe it! I know people 30% bodyfat and a bit less who were tested at UNCC (dunked in the tank). Some were juicers and they did not have the separation in their backs you did in that first picture. They were big but just jellyroll looking. Not one cut.

I agree that most guys seem to get fat and think it is muscle, though. This one guy at my gym in town was the worst ... fat by anybody's estimation, but he carried himself like Dorian. Bald on top, fishbelly white, long hair in back, gold chains LOL.
