Jay has the same structural flaws only to a lesser extent.  It mainly stems from both having a wide waist which detracts from their respective tapers.  That having been said, Ruhl's muscle density and hardness trumps Jay's.  Jay is superior in many ways though.  All in all, I would say they are closer than usually recognized to be.

Yeah, Cutler is no Flex Wheeler, but he definitely more structurally sound than Ruhl

Well, I don't think that Jay and Rhul are closer. As far as Rhul physic's flaws is concerned, I think that people are confusing freaky big muscles with flaws. There are no flaws on Rhul's physic! I honestly think that this year he would be a serious candidate for mr. O's numero uno!!!
