Adonis ur kind of cutting ur own throat with this whole anti-supplement thing---if ur were a true hustler u more than likely could make some money off the fitness industry with all ur exposure here with so-----especially considering ur transformation

all u would have to do is lie just like every other person in the supplement companies before and after pics

just my 2 cents--------

sweet jesus...you were in the high 20% or even low 30s.  IF, and I say IF you actually did use your methods to get shredded (and i still find it hard to beleve, looks to me like textbook dieting), then great work. 

you were probably the most dedicated competitor in the getbig contest

whats the time frame between pics btw

great work TA. You take a lot of flack for your theories, and although I disagree, you obiously can back it up.

I would say your weakest points are hamstrings and arms (size wise, excellent separation though). Do you stiff leg deadlift?

Those were taken in April.

I was fat in the pics with Ronnie Coleman.

MY joints are small enough and bones long enough to be able to hide the fat in clothes.

Remember Kennie when I was at Gold`s. Nobody really considered me fat.  I was easily 30-40 percent bodyfat, just like in April.
