All these Dorian's, Idrese's, Duvall's, and Federov's make me a little nervous. Muscle tears are my biggest nightmare.

I tore my pec back in january.
It is still bothering me today.
The doc said yoiu can't surgiclly repair it since it fel down my tendon about 3 inches.
I am doing alot of cable pulls and wide grip benches to help build it back up.
This was the second time it happened to me.
Both times it happened while doing flat bench presses with heavy weight.
I will never do those again in my life!
I am just using machines right now until it completely heals, then I will just use machines and dumbells.

Yes we do, Big! Something about him says "Where there's a biceps, there's a way".  Matt's not a whiner--he's a WINNER, see.  This cat doesn't wail about what ISN'T there; instead he works with what IS there, what IS left of himself.  Howze that for positive thinking?  At this rate of self-demolition, however, there might not be much left of him to work with come 2010.  Hence, he could be called "The Incredible Disappearing Man"! Poor, poor  guy...he's really being cruel to himself.

Thought it might have been Pearl, but wasnt sure. When I looked-up bigger pic, guy is young there, but sporting a mean, hard look. Thats the look to strive for.

HAhaha what a fantasy! I'm 1/1000 his size and get all the attention, putting on posing routines for family members at those occasions but being his size would make any social situation so much more interesting. Seriously!!

Layne obviously isn't one of them. I think you have to be at least (or look at least) 30 to pull that off.
