Adonis,
Its obvious that you are a net junkie.  You have an addiction and I'm sure you know it.  I invite you to take two weeks off - no gimmick posts, nothing.  You can "hahaha" all you want when you return.

Remember your life before Getbig?  Before internet addiction?  When your life was your own and not the property of a bunch of strangers?

You can do it Adam.

3. I have never been proven wrong. EVER.  I invite you to SHOW me WHERE I HAVE BEEN PROVEN WRONG!

Do that, and I will admit it.  UNTIL THEN, you are merely fabricating lies based on what you want to believe as true.  YOU CANNOT SHOW ME ONE INSTANCE OF BEING PROVEN WRONG OR USING A GIMMICK ACCOUNT.  Simply because I don`t use gimmick accounts and I am not wrong.

So its your turn.  Show me where I have been proven wrong. You won`t because you can`t.

&You are such a jackass T.A.

First off, that's one of the articles I posted the reference to in one of the threads where this argument has been going on.
Second, you left out the first part of the conclusion. I have the hard copy in my hands right now. Here is what the conclusion actually said:
Conclusion
A strong theoretical basis exists for expecting a beneficial effect of a protein supplement in active people. Amino acid intake stimulates the transport of amino acids into muscle, and there is a direct link between amino acid inward transport and muscle protein synthesis. However, some experimental data suggest that exercise may actually decrease the protein requirements necessary to maintain balance. Nevertheless, it can be speculated that a protein supplement should be useful to stimulate net muscle protein synthesis, particularly if the supplement has the optimal proportion of individual amino acids. However, experiments hace yet to be performed that document such a beneficial effect of protein supplements.

You are a liar. You altered the conclusion to better suit your needs.
Third, two years later Robert R. Wolfe published Regulation of Muscle Protein by Amino Acids in The Journal of Nutrition, where he says "The results presented here establish a direct role of amino acids in regulating net muscle protein balance. Furthermore, the response is directly affected by the exact composition and amount of mixture of amino acids ingested, the timing of ingestion in relation to exercise and the amount and nature of nonprotein energy ingested with amino acids. When these findings are considered in the context of the estimation of protein or amino acid "requirements," it is clear that multiple results could be achieved for the same AMINO ACID intake, depending on the interaction of the various factors discussed above. Thus, attempts to identify a unique AMINO ACID "requirement" are likely to be unsuccessful. Furthermore, our results, along with virtually all data in the literature on the topic, suggest that increasing AMINO ACID intake will increase muscle mass, with all other variables remaining constant. Whereas this concept runs counter to popular perception, real-life examples abound in obese individuals who have signifigantly elevated muscle mass despite living sedentary lives (e.g., Ref. 28). Thus, it is likely that increasing AMINO ACID intake in accord with the principles discussed above to optimize effectiveness will promote muscle anabolism, whether in depleted individuals such as the elderly or in active athletes trying to increase muscle mass. The exact nutritional approach will determine the extent of anabolic response."
If you don't want to read it, let me sum it up. T.A. is very, very wrong, about everything he has said. Timing matters. Protein matters. A calorie is not just a calorie.
There. You were wrong. And you lied. Want me to cite yet another research article that proves you wrong?

How does that show nothing? You altered an article you posted to better suit your needs. I call that lying. Also, you said that meal timing was BS, and that a calorie is a calorie. That research clearly shows that that is not the case. It showed that the quality of the calorie and the macronutrients you intake plays a major role in how you gain muscle. It proved you wrong. You said you'd admit when you were wrong, well here you go. Here's you chance. I proved you wrong. Actually, I proved you wrong twice, since you said I couldn't do it ;D

I agree 100%. When True Anus first came on getbig, he posted pics of himself in a swastika shirt and performing salutes. His posts barely made sense grammar wise and were full of racist slurs. Now he's quoting certain authors so he comes across as some intellectual giant but it's still the same old retard. Just ignore him and it'll drive him insane, more than any insult could ever do.

Whisky and Al, are you two guys able to spot a photoshopped pick if you saw one?

no.  I have no need to photoshop pics although I used to work with a guy who's very, very good at it.

THe reason I ask is because if True Adonis ever man up and post a pic of him and Jezebel together holding a sign saying they are a couple, I want to be sure its not photoshopped.

Doesnt look like He will post the pic anyways though.

if he's gone out of his way to create this GF, post pics, lie about his arms, make up internet personalities, lie about having interviews and big announcements etc.  It's not that far beyond the realm of reality to slip this chick a 50 to hold up a sign.  Remember this saying "the ends justify the means".  If I was in that position where my world could potentially crumble around me I might do the same thing but I'm not dependent on acceptance on an internet message board so it really does not matter.

Yeah, he changed it. He cut out the first part of the conclusion. I'd actually posted the reference to that article, as well as the other one I posted and about a half dozen others in another thread when I was argueing against his ice cream diet and he was saying that there was nothing backing up conventional nitrition for leaning out or adding mass. Imagine my surprise when I saw he was trying to use one of those articles against me :o I'm no biochemist, but my workout partner and my father and his wife are, so i've picked up enough biochem to be able to have an interest in aquiring and reading journal articles. Funny thing is, that particular article is also one that Muscletech has cited in some of their ads, so he was actually using a journal article that supplement companies use to back their protein powders.

there are times when TA's been caught out in lies before or when someone has used logic to punch holes in his theories, but this one is my favorite because there is just no bullshitting his way out of it, he was undeniably caught lying and proven wrong in everything he had been saying in one fell swoop ;D
