 Since I'm tired of reading about Jay and Ronnie I'm gonna mix it up...

 It appears we are inside Gregg Valentinos' and Derek Anthonys' head so bad...DA had a COLOSSAL MELTDOWN in the 'Ramblin Freaks' collum with Gregg giving him the assist. On page 343 it reads...

 " Shout out to my FRIEND Derek Anthony from NYC. He wants to send his shout out to all the INTERNET time wasters and losers who sit behind their desks and rip bodybuilders and fitness models apart without getting a chance to know them. I find all of you lame and pathetic by making up lies and rumors with no evidence or proof backing it up. To all the boys as GETBIG.COM...go fuck yourselves! "

 I say..."GALACTIC MELTDOWN...with Valentino with the assist!"

 It's funny to me knowing that we get so inside their heads that they have to collaborate together and print it and publish in a magazine how much we hurt their feelings. Hahahaha!

Thanks Blockhead for pointing this out. I usually just skip over that column.

Derek Anthony, why does he get mentioned in a leading bodybuilding mag? What has he contributed to bodybuilding? How many contests has he competed in, let alone won? He is all talk, no action...

On a completely different note, isn't it sad that there were far more people watching the Buckeyes crush Iowa last night than there were people following bodybuilding's premiere event?
