im sure ronnie loses about 30-40 pounds in water before a contest so his contest weight is around 250

I like both of them so nothing personal, but Ronnie can only get better and I would not think that Jay can get anymore ripped. He has had problems in the past with getting to small and soft. No way Ronnie is 293 right now. A lot of water weight can be carried within the muscle itself so a few days of low cal and or carbs could bring Ronnie down to 270 or so. We shall see.

Smaller is better, however mid 280s has looked best on him. Looks great and much better than 300lb. at the Olympia.

ronnie gives the illusion of being better conditioned then jay simply because he has big visivble veins in his arms, put them on jay and youd say omg jays so conditioned!

It's very common to hold a lot of water coming off a long flight. Could "possibly" explain jay's condition. Show pictures will be interesting. I saw ronnie on sunday after the O at morton's. Him and melvin were having dinner. I was on finishing up my meal and heading to the airport and didn't want to disturb him. Although I was curious if he ordered the porterhouse

Jay as usual with absolutely NO arm defo. Real impressive; he's always ripe for the taking by Coleman as long as Coleman gets it together. That's never changing.

If Ronnie was truely 295 at this year's olympia, my guess is he has to get down around 280 this weekend. If he does that and is able to flex his back properly, he'll give Jay all kinds of problems. Ronnie lost the O because of his slightly worse conditioning compared to Jay, his back, and the lack of separation in his legs this year. I don't know if he can correct all those things in this short of time but even if he nails his condition, it could be enough to pull it out...at least make it closer.
