Abbie Burrows came into town as the favorite, and left TJ with a decisive win going into the 2011 Olympia, and some great momentum too. Newcomer Christiana Mendivil, and I mean brand new (receiving her IFBB Pro card the night before in the amatuer Tijuana championships), took second and earned a trip to the Olympia. Wow – what an incredible weekend for her. Kelly Gonzales, who was off at the Phoenix Pro a few weeks ago, proacticed her posing and looked great on stage, qualifying her for her first Olympia.
