Dennis Wolf at Supplement Giant in Colorado
Team BSN athlete & IFBB Pro bodybuilder will be appearing tomorrow (July 10th) at the Supplement Giant in Lakewood, Colorado. Stop by and get a free autograph from 10am-5pm. Along with the IFBB Pro competition that is taking place, the 2010 NPC Team Universe and the 2010 NPC Natural Fitness Championships are also taking place. It is going to be a packed Friday and Saturday, with new 32 new IFBB cards up for grabs. Competitors elegible for the IFBB pro cards includes the overall NPC men’s bodybuilding winner, the overall NPC women’s bodybuilding winner, the top two in each of the figure height classes, as well as the Overall Masters 35+ Figure winner, the top two in each of the fitness height classes, and the top two in each of the bikini height classes.

Phil Heath joins the Muscletech team
Phil Heath was in town here in Woodland Hills, California, where he was working on some pictures and videos featuring Phil and Kai Greene, for the upcoming Olympia and Flex Magazine. What garnered everyone’s attention is that Phil was wearing a Muscletech T-shirt and not the usual Met-Rx. Well, it was confirmed that Phil did sign a supplement contract deal with Muscletech, and now is representing them. Phil joins a multitude of other high profile bodybuilders that are with Muscletech, including Jay Cutler and Branch Warren. Congratulations.
Jerome Ferguson marries Marnie Holley
Muscle Beach, Venice, California is known for a lot of things, including where many bodybuilders worked out, competitions and sheer spectacles. But on this warm, sunny day on July 4th, 2010 – top NPC competitor Jerome ‘Hollywood’ Ferguson married the love of his life, IFBB Pro Marnie Holley, right on the stage at Muscle Beach. It was a beautiful ceremony, complete with Marnie coming down the boardwalk in a horse drawn carriage. Here are a few of the pics, as it was a pleasure to attend.

The “PBW Championships” Returns to Tampa!
For the 3rd straight year, “Pro Bodybuilding Weekly” radio in conjunction with Florida-based promoter Tim Gardner will be presenting a BIG weekend on the IFBB Pro calendar. The “PBW Championships” (July 16-17) will feature a Mens Open Pro event along with an Under 202 division, plus a full menu of womens competition, including Womens Pro Bodybuilding as well as a Pro Bikini contest. The hosting duo of Dan & Bob will be back calling the action from their “on-stage” broadcast booth at the Tampa Center for the Performing Arts located in the beautiful Tampa Bay area on Florida’s West Coast.
Among the confirmed athletes: Troy Alves, Hidetada Yamagishi, Darrem Charles, Ben White, Brandon Curry, Mike Lideratore, Tricky Jackson, Roc Shabbaz, Monique Minton, Jaime Baird, Missy Coles, Dayana Cadeau, Nicole Ball and the list keeps growing. The event will also feature the annual presentation of the “Ben Weider Lifetime Achievement Award” (Past winners: Chris Dickerson and Rich Gaspari). This years honoree will be 8-time Mr. Olympia Lee Haney.

2010 NPC West Coast Classic Results & Pictures
A record 140+ competitors came to the 2010 NPC West Coast Classic in El Monte, California, and it was a great contest indeed, with some tough competitions. For the Men’s bodybuilding, Eli Blahut beat Rowdy Rusconi for the overall title. In Figure, Darice Castro easily won the overall, while in Bikini, Khay Rosemond dominated. 2010 NPC West Coast Classic
On June 26th, the 2010 NPC West Coast Classic Bodybuilding, Figure and Bikini contest is going to be held at El Monte, California. With a record number of competitors competing in this National Qualifier event, it is going to be a great contest. 2010 NPC Jr. National Championships
Friday and Saturday, June 18th and 19th, in Rosemont, Illinois, the 2010 NPC Jr. National Bodybuilding, Figure, Fitness and Bikini Championships are going to be held, with close to 400 competitors. Here is the information regarding this competition.

2010 Bodybuilding.com Boise Fitness Expo
The largest Fitness Expo in Idaho will be held on May 7th and 8th at the Qwest Arena in Boise, Idaho. 2010 NPC Orange County Muscle Classic – Hannes Fritsch
Congratulations to Hannes Fritsch for winning the Super Heavyweight and Overall battle at the 2010 NPC Orange County Muscle Classic in Anaheim, California on April 24th. Hannes beat five other winners of their respective classes, including JC Ballivian, Landley Mannery, Jovann Rushing, John Caruso, and John Nguyen. The Overall Novice winner was Tobias Young.
