There was never any question if Branch Warren would win this contest. The question was if Branch Warren would take it easy from his impressive win at the 2012 Arnold Classic, or stay in shape and impress. Well, he stayed in shape, coming to Melbourne in incredible shape and impressive many down under.

Erin Stern vs. Nicole Wilkins. Nicole beat Erin at the 2012 Arnold Classic, and two weeks later, Erin came back strong, defeating and defending her Australian pro title. Congratulations to Erin, and setting up an other epic battle for the 2012 Olympia. Here are the results.

Sonia Gonzales, after winning the 2012 Bikini International a week ago in Columbus, Ohio, came back into her hometown state by storm, and continued her winning ways. Justine Munro, who injured herself a week ago in Columbus, and was unable to compete, looked great and placed second, while Narmin Assria continued to improve her physique, and placed third here in Torrance, California.

Three IFBB Shows were held in Mesa, Arizona at the 2012 IFBB Desert Muscle Classic. A total of 4 competitors competed in the Men’s Pro Bodybuilding, 6 in Bikini, and 11 in the first ever Women’s Physique Pro contest. Here are the results.

Is there no stopping this champion? Wherever Adela enters a contest, she continues to dominate and win! With two weeks left for the 2012 Arnold, Adela had no competition here as the judges rewarded first places in both the swimsuit and the routine portions of the contest. It also means that under the new rules placed with the IFBB that no one from the contest is eligible for the 2012 Fitness Olympia, except Adela (who already qualified). Here are the results.

The weather was beautiful here in Santa Monica, and Lionel Beyeke, who was on the cover of the February issue of Flex Magazine, was the favorite coming into the contest. He did not disappoint, dominating with his muscularity, and although not 100% conditioned, managed to win first place, and rightfully so. Ben Pakulski and Fouad Abiad were battling for second, and while Found was ahead of Ben after prejudging, finals do matter! Ed Correa was the most conditioned in the contest, but placed 5th, to the dismay of quite a few people. Here are the results.

Congratulations to Dexter Jackson and India Paulino for winning the IFBB Pro World contests in Miami Beach, Florida. Dexter received a cool $100,000 for first place, while India gets $20,000. Here is the complete results of this star studded contest, with lots of cool legendary guests.

The 2011 NPC Excalibur contest was one of the biggest ever in terms of competitors and audience in Southern California, with close to 300 competitors dieting down before the holidays to compete. IFBB Ft. Lauderdale Pro Fitness No question that Camala had something to prove after her disappointing placing at the Olympia. Never mind that the Olympia is the best athletes in fitness on stage, Camala was determined to show herself and everyone else that she deserves to be up there, and she came right on today, winning over Jodi Boam, who looked great. Nicole Duncan took the last Olympia qualifying spot here in Ft. Lauderdale, or so we thought. Afterwards, with the original scorecard, it was realized that they did not double the fitness routines, as they should be 2/3 of the score, and not just 50%. Madrid, Spain was the site for the 1st annual Arnold Classic Europe, and the men’s pro bodybuilding contest did not disappoint. Dexter Jackson and Victor Martinez were very close after prejudging, and the talk was how Dexter just might win another contest over Victor Martinez, who has not won an IFBB contest since 2007. Abbie Burrows came into town as the favorite, and left TJ with a decisive win going into the 2011 Olympia, and some great momentum too. Nicole Wilkins came into Culver City to hone her incredible physique and make sure she is spot on for the Figure Olympia a week from today. And she looked great.
