I am below parallel but yes form is probably better at a lower training weight

then stay at a comfortable weight, there's 0 to gain from a poor form single unless you're testing your training max

I went up to 365lbs and got one ugly below parallel rep but my working sets I don’t go over 275 and at 225 I got much deeper. I  won’t do that again for a while as I do believe lighter weight deeper with better form is better however both the 335 abs 365 were legal below parallel squats if not pretty

I don’t think it was that high but yes just below parallel

Okay. Then get the bar higher up on your back like you're doing an Olympic squat. Feet slighter wider and you can stick to just going below parallel.

This makes it a hybrid squat rather than Olympic or low bar squat. It allows you to go heavier for your ego without taxing your dodgy lower back as much, and it's still a solid bodybuilding movement

Lighten up the weight and use proper form.

Ditch the tampon and belt, open your stance.

Sit back more. You are leaning forward a lot.

I'd focus on doing BB front squats to get your stance fixed.

I find it hard to believe you have worked out your entire life based on your squat form.

Watch it again. The angle might be throwing you off but you can clearly see he's still above 90 if you watch the hip joint. He's trying to shortcut his way to 405, needs to stay at 225 and focus on his technique.

This is 100 percent accurate.

Brian, your knees come together your ankles wobble.

You should stick to 225 n focus on depth and control.

I strongly believe  405 would crumple you like a piece of paper.

I am absolutely below 90 even the 365 is below 90 this is a good squat you can argue bodybuilding ideal depth but this is a legal good lift

At that angle it's hard to tell. Not hard for him to provide a better angle.

He knows it’s not close to 90.

Shoulders last night

8 sets laterals 25s-55s
Superset
8 sets db shrugs 70s-85s

6 sets front raises 30-55s
Superset
6 sets db shrugs 90s-110s

6 sets rear delt 30s-45s
Superset
6 sets Hammer strength press 2 plates each side.

1 set db presses with 70s just to see what I could get hitting shoulder on each rep and it was my 41 set and last set of night and I got 21 reps so I was pretty satisfied with that.

Walked 12 miles.

Taking next couple days off.

Haha, I just love the pump mainly on arms,shoulders and traps so I just keep going on those two days. Usually in gym 2 hours on those two days. And about 40 sets each day. Also helps that on those two days I’m in gym about about 530-730 so prime time audience hahaha. It’s all about the pump curls for the girls my friend.
