So how much percentage German blood do you have EXACTLY?  :D

And man...shoulders have been giving me problems for a long time on and off. Always dreaded doing chest because of that but I've concentrated more on inclines. Was inclining 110 pound db for a good 8 reps a few months back and shoulder started acting up again..not impressive but I've never focused on strength too much anyway. Just been doing a lot of fly movements recently and some machine presses....sucks!




Just use machines no DB flyes, Pec deck and Smith machine until the shoulder heals.

Yeah thanks mr.n ...I've been doing the pre exhaust with chest as well as you and donny recommended. Not concerned with size anymore just wanna bring up the lagging parts. Calves may need implants however...

i'm about 50% German/Austrian and about 40% Anglo-Saxon (who are basically Germans and Danes who raped the fuck out of England and made her thier own 8)) and about 10% FRENCH (that's where my handsome looks come from i'd say ;))

i never got shit from flies or pec-deck, but hopefully they work for you brosef

Caffeine works in strange ways if you are used to it you can fall right asleep drinking it but you give a person caffeine thats not used to it they would not sleep all night.

it's doing me good, coz i was still hungry after my final chicken and broccoli meal, so i had some very strong black coffee and went for a gayass walk :D :D :D

i call it a "gayass walk" coz in my mind real men run and only old ladies and pussies walk (thanks to my uncles macho brainwash of my as a youngen)

That's it...I have developed a tolerance to the stuff by now.

Theres people that take tyrosine with ephedrine to get the stimulating effects from it after they've been taking it for a while. I wonder if that would work for caffeine too...

I seem to be pretty tolerant to most stimulants except the harder stuff....which I stay away from now.

Here is the kicker if you tried to quit caffeine you would not be able to sleep well. Caffeine and aspirin work well as a fat burning agent about 20 minutes before a workout.

Great build nj no doubt, big arms and chest how is your back shots?. On the side chest bring back the arm a bit it will expand your chest more.

yes,,,,cardio is for the birds,,eat less,eat protein,train,rest,repeat,add carbs depending,drink water,reduce water,,pump up take pics,,,or blow up in a suppossed offseason and stay smooth  and walk around big in clothes,,,

I haven't been doing much cardio but I miss it for the health effects even though some of that may be a placebo. Don't need it to lean out that's for sure.

Exactly, just light cardio all you need or it cuts into muscle size. Being tall and it was winter and a guy says to me at a gas station a big dude in a coat walking slow scares me I said just just relax man I want harm you, serious this happened.

i just enjoy training,reshaping the body and whats possible when its all in sync,,,,i hope that sounds cool not corny,,,i really loved the magaine era 80/90's it was something to have the mag in hand pics/articles not the supplement page after page today ,,the cats out of the bag a long time,,we knew people took steroids in 74/84/94/04/13 on and on,,,,if ur naive shame on u,,,,

Yes there was something about buying a magazine in the 90's before they went online you had in your hands reading it now it's wasted money you can read it all online.
