actually i did the push-ups to this tune and i added 5 kg extra and i got 7 reps til failure with 45 kg added

so i went from 40kgx8 to 45x7 so definite improvement and on very low cals ie. 1500-1700 8) 8) 8)

my IDEAL would be 175 to 180 MAX @ 5'11" and @ 6-7%

in my peak pics i was only 154 @ sub-6 so 20-25 pounds of pure lean muscle tissue added to that is more than enough

hell, even 10 pounds of added lean muscle might be enough

honestly, i think "big guys" look like fucking toads, especially thier bigass legs :-X :-X :-X

sleek and cat-like is where it's at baby!!!!

just sent this to Mr. N and it's my plan stan ;D

as i told you before, i'll be finished with the body beautiful around sept/oct, and here's how it will work out, in my opinion/feeling...

i'll fully develop out legs and chest by june or so, and then i'll have to spend the last 2 or 3 months fully developing the calf and bicep, and after that, it will be finished ;)

We all have different goals...I can't hate on the ones that wanna take the bbing thing to the max and get as big as possible. But that's not for me...regular everyday people(girls) still appreciate my build. If you look at the dark pic a few pages back I think you'd agree I look fit in clothes and not bber big.

Numbers are very deceiving too you know this. I weigh like 200 pounds give or take 5 pounds depending if I'm depleted or not and my height is 5'9 barefoot. That hasn't been an issue since I grew up in a predominantly Italian Canadian neighborhood and you know that people from Southern Europe aren't the tallest on average. Thank god I didn't grow up in Germany or former Yugoslavia otherwise I truly woulda been a midget.

I don't look like I weigh 200 lbs and that's fine with me ....people usually think I weigh less.

Forgot to mention in my previous post not to concern yourself with numbers too much. Just train and eat properly and the results will come.

Hunger is always there it seems but I just keep my mind occupied. Chewing gum, drinking coffee, water...that helps. I don't smoke but I even considered having a few today to kill hunger..lol. But nah just gonna tough it out.

yeah, and Mr. N and ukjeff also tell me to forget about the tape measure and skinfold calipers, but it's a hard thing to do for a German precision mind like mine ;)

as Germanic peoples basically created NASA and precision automobiles like Mercedes and BMW, and Porsche

btw, did i also tell you that Mentzer, Zane, and Arnold are all fellas of Germanic origin 8) 8) 8)

So how much percentage German blood do you have EXACTLY?  :D

And man...shoulders have been giving me problems for a long time on and off. Always dreaded doing chest because of that but I've concentrated more on inclines. Was inclining 110 pound db for a good 8 reps a few months back and shoulder started acting up again..not impressive but I've never focused on strength too much anyway. Just been doing a lot of fly movements recently and some machine presses....sucks!
