today so far

breakfast- 1 4serving can of chilli
after workout- 35-45 grams of protein
a little later- 2 cans of tuna and some noodles
a couple of hours later- beef ribs, some pork ribs, a red potato, and some corn
in about a hour- 1 6 serving can of chicken

237lbs as of about noon

Do you make your own or buy the pre-packaged stuff?  I love the "no meat" chili I buy in a can.  Perfect snack food...shit ton of fat and protein and no carbs.

Fuck me, someone makes a turkey chili and a chicken chili that tastes great. I think it's STAGG, but it gives me the worst farts ever. ;D

it depends sometimes i make my own, most of the time i just buy the cans. wolf makes a lean beef chili that i usually buy. i eat most of my daily calories and carbs at breakfast so i find chili to be the perfect breakfast for me. i usually throw in a handfull of grated pepper jack cheese too.

plus chili has a shit load of protein
