in an interesting note I have decided to change eating habits, and have religiously been doing Atkins for 5 days, and dropped 9 pounds.  And am pissing every 10 minutes.  I like this Atkins

you will get sick of it.  I did it 10 years ago for 3 months.  If I saw another Pork rind I was going to shoot someone.  I may have to give it another go this winter though.

Where's the rest of the food  ???

I'm cutting up at the moment..... flirting with the idea of a local comp in 6 weeks and nationals in 10 weeks.

Breakfast - 3 weetbix, sultanas, 100gm cottage cheese and yoghurt

Mid morning - Tuna, half cup of rice, brocoli

Lunch - Tuna, half cup rice brocoli

Pre workout - Protein shake

Post workout - protein shake

Dinner - Steak and brocoli

Before bed - 10 egg whites, half cup of oats.

Currently lost 12lbs in 5 weeks.

Monday to MOnday weight---1 week

Monday August 3---279.8 lbs.
Monday August 10- 268.4 lbs

this Atkins thing works amazing in the first 2 weeks, plus I have added in a HIT (well semi high for me) cardio so hopefully this trend will continue.  Long term goal is 225, which is twink status for me

Props on the weight loss.  I have a few relatives who did the Atkins thing, and they all gained all their weight right back as soon as they started eating "normal" amounts of carbs each day.  I guess as long as you stick with low or no carbs all the time, it'd be ok.  I couldn't do that...I love Rice Krispies too much ;D

I got down to twink status at 188 last week but I fell off the wagon for the last 5 days and skipped a week of lifting and am now back at 196. So I'm at semi-twink status.

Why am I not surprise? Discipline doesn't seem to be your strong suit fatso. That's why your azz is so easily kicked in real life leaving you no choice but to be an internet bully.

mate can you keep the lame shit out the diet thread

trying to start a serious thread here

thanks in advance  :)
