My meals aren't at fixed times, but over the course of the day, I eat:

2 minute noodles, garlic bread, Nutella, rice, some kind of meat / animal (preferably cooked or at least canned) and lots of coffee.

So as you can see, I try to balance health and nutrition without sacrificing too much of taste.

The only problem with this diet is that I don't look or feel very good, but otherwise, it's great (apart from being expensive).

On the weekends, I just relax and eat what I want.

I'm on the hobo diet....when I find something to eat, I just go ahead...

Actually today was decent....oatmeal w/walnuts and 5 eggs for breakfast.....oatmeal pancakes for snacks (twice daily), lunch was Aztec chicken and not sure for dinner.  Need to get my water intake up, I've been dehydrated the last couple of days.

I'm around 190 lb, I think - haven't weighed myself in ages ;D

How much more are you going to drop? I think you should be fairly lean around 220 lb, no?

Fair enough. I only respond to Pandae when he criticizes and ridicules anybody without provocation. This wasn't the case.

On Atkins you lose a lot of water weight because when you start to use amino acids for energy (ketosis) it produces a by product called ketones which your body has to flush out. It's great short term but eventually you will have to get back on a more balanced diet and just watch your caloric intake in relation to your caloric expenditure.

I'm doing this induction phase for 3 weeks and then going to a more normal balance of eating.  I really hope I can drop the pounds.  And wow does a guy ever piss a lot

I'm on a break, Will. I always go on and off for long times. Hoping to get back into it before the end of the year.

And yours?

Update: Pancakes for breakfast. Awesome deli grinder coming for lunch. I'm on a food and lack of lifting bender. My life is spiralling out of control! I woke up this morning with three empty cartons of Ben and Jerry's in my bed!

post your diet up show  :)

Breakfast...pretty much always, bowl of oatmeal w/walnuts....6 eggs (2 w/yolks), coffee and juice...

10am snack....lately it's been oatmeal pancakes...easy and taste great.

Lunch:  usually chicken of some sort, either rice or pasta and an occasional veggie.

4pm snack: nothing is set...today leftover chinese and protein shake...I use this snack to get rid of cravings...

Dinner: Changes constantly, but most of the time chicken or beef, green veg of some sort....pasta or potatoes...

Drink water throughout the day....usually have 1 diet soda at some point....graze on peanuts.

Wow, that looks boring when I type it out....but it works for me I suppose....my one lucky thing is that I don't have much of a sweet tooth...haha

Train either between the morning snack and lunch or lunch and afternoon snack. Prefer afternoon, but sometimes can't because of work.

I used to drink a shake right after, but haven't for the last 9 months or so and haven't noticed a difference.

Today I ate (so far)

two bowls of oatmeal and 50g protein shake

three 90% lean beef patties and a bowl of brown rice

for dinner i'm having a pre-cooked turkey breast with some rice and mixed veggies

probably eat some hard boiled eggs (or another shake) and a salad at around 8:00 to wrap it up

I'm trying to stay away from the crap altogether and i'm looking leaner at around 242

Cool man, looks like you'll hit your goal in no time.  If you wanna drink like a fish w/o the cals, switch to vodka-diet sprite.   A diet mixed drink is almost as gay as "pellius" ;D
