-1 scoop protein w/ 1 T. instant coffee and 1/2 cup egg whites (about 6)
-6 oz. chicken breast with frank red hot wings sauce (no carbs and it is awesome)
- 6 oz. chicken breast with mustard and 1 cup veggies (green beans and aspargus)
- 6 oz. ground turkey with mustard and pickles and 1 cup veggies (green beens and asparagus)
-sf/ff lemon-lime jello, 2 servings...20 calories
- 1 scoop whey with 1/2 cup egg whites
I did have 1 diet soda and probably 6-8 pieces of gum...hmm I am sure over a gallon of water and a medium black coffee
Fun Fun Fun...no fish today which is sad because I LOVE orange roughy with Malt Vinegar...just ran out and need to get some more. How in the world does Sam's club run out of Orange Roughy of all things? If you are wondering about today it is exactly the same but move the turkey down to meal 2. If you want to know what is keeping me sane it is the thought of peanut butter and almond butter and cashews tomorrow (Stella how in the world did you have 1 cashew?
