1 cup oats in water with equal
3-4 TBs natural PB
2 scoops whey powder with water.
chicken, rice pasta, brocolli, avacado aprox 12 oz total
10 oz chicken, 1/4 avacodo, 1/2 sweet potato, a small bit more veggies.
1/2 cup almonds. small protien bar
2 itallian beef sandwichs maybe 12-14 oz meat, with chesse on kiaser rolls
later before bed will have 4 tbs natural PB and another small protien bar.
drank 1/2 gallon of water, 1/2 gallon crystal lite and the fore mentioned coffee.
Thats how i do it "offseason" On season will cut out any kind of bread, pasta, protien bars, cheese and less PB, that and some fat burner is all it takes.
