Quads,Hamstrings,Calves:

Leg Press - 6 sets
Leg Extensions - 6 sets
Adductor Machine - 3 sets

Seated Leg Curls - 6 sets

Leg Press Calf Extensions - 6 sets

My knees are killing me lately on the Leg Press.....I`m wrapping them even on some of the moderate weight sets........just painful as Hell, and I`ve never had any knee injuries.

Gonna take Grape Apes advise and get a pair of knee sleeves.

Dealt w/ it for around a year. Mainly popped some sort of OTC pain-helper (on bench / tri day) and used elbow sleeves.
After dealing with it for quite a while I went w/ BPC-157 and pinned it right into the forearm, closest to the tendon/area.

I would within 6 weeks it was gone after dealing with it for so long...

I hurt my elbow doing Skullcrushers not too long ago........felt great in the gym doing the set,went home and later it started killing me.

I then skipped doing any triceps training for around 3 weeks.

After I began training them again I wore a neoprene elbow sleeve and only did very light high reps cable pushdowns just get oxygenated blood into the area.

Also bought some roll on DMSO from:

I really think the DMSO helped me but there is no recommended dosage since it`s not FDA approved though tons of people use it for various reasons.

If you buy some don`t go crazy using it........put it on sparingly 2 times a day....putting on too much is very irritating and the area will get red and burn like Hell.

Knee pain is shit mate not thst im qualified to offer a man of your experience any advice mate but have you tried doing the leg curls first then the leg extensions before the pressing to get some blood in the knees and get them warm might be worth a try my friend

i use to have this old broad IFBB pro actually send me this horse ligament tightener years ago. Was great stuff black bottle was looking for it online yesterday just don't remember the name of it. Was great for knees and elbows.

I think my age is catching up with me Webs...I do a lot more warmup sets nowadays, but I still go heavy for the amount of reps I am gunning for with any certain poundage.

What has probably happened is your getting into a bit of wrist extension with pulling movements.  Icing is helpful.  Probably not going to be worth it tell you to back off of pulling movements for a couple of weeks.  Ibuprofen can be useful but doing it every now and then is not the way to maximize the benefits.  You need to build up the therapeutic dose for it to do much of what it is supposed to
