Hey Gh15 what do you think of the weight guidlines that Steve Reeves put in to his book in regards to natural training?

Most SHREDDED naties of average height are EXTREMELY light, I'd say 135-150  lbs  on average for 5'8-9 " and 150 bs to 175lbs for 5'10-11".  Of course I'm talking devoid of ALL bodyfat. Those numbers might be - or + a lb or 5 here or there for heavy boned or small jointed individuals . I remember how shocked I was my first summer of training when I was 16 of how light I was, as I dieted from a chubby 187  lbs to a completely shredded tiny tit at 138 lbs at 5'10 ". Yeah you look tiny in clothes but without them people would overestimate my weight by 15 -20 lbs. Obviously people grow over the years but I honestly believe it's damn near impossible to be of average height and shredded over 200 lbs.

So what was Reeves height and weight at his peak? P.S. He was under 10% bodyfat at his peak, I'd put him at sub-8 and maybe even sub-7
