Thanks for the kind words, yeah my chest just grows fast most people have one part that is all genetics and for me it's my chest, anyway now I'm for the first time training bodybuilder style (total body) and trying to bring everything up to balance, I'm a work in progress, but those guys are inspirational to me (Paris, Labrada, Haidar) very asthetic.

I have been away too long.  People on here actually really believe that Obama is a Muslim.  That isn't funny to me, more scary than anything, that someone I am chatting with potentially believes the next president is best friends with Al-Queda.

I'm striving to reach natural a cross between Arnold and Flex, but taller, aiming for 11'5 tall or thereabout.

i dont strive for any physique that is not mine cause i'm never going to get close of it...cause that' s simply not my body.

I just enjoy lifting weights daily cause it makes me feel good and let's see what will be the results in one yearm then 5 years, then 10 years and so on...whatever they are.
