When I first smoked pot a thousand years ago, I did not get high at all. In fact, I tried it on three separate occasions before I finally felt anything and then I felt paranoid. Never used that shit again.

I'm no expert on this subject but I have to admit that I ain't no dummy either as I've been involved with every type of known drug for the past 50 years or so even though I've never been a user personally, but have personally witness drug situations which most people have only read about (including the manufacturing and sales of Snaking Cakes that were sold green as a result of the inclusion of way too much MJ
And the total destruction of a home and a life during a drug processing operation, two murders, a couple of suicides, an more than a couple of incarcerations etc.,etc. etc.
I think you did a damn good job as brief as it was.
I think you should plan to do an internet talk radio show and present your views and opinions on various subjects and invite 'call-ins' to agree or disagree, to argue or debate the subject matter.
I think you have a damn good radio show in the making.

Speaking as a parent and grandparent, hearing that one of my kids or grandkids caught HIV would be heartbreaking news indeed. That being said, HIV is not the death sentence it was in the past, at least not for most folks living in the U.S. where treatment and meds are available even for folks without the means to pay for them, like you.
Someday in the future when you are more mature, you should play back this video and see if you still feel the same way about your family. -Seems like the "healing process" has only just begun and still has a long ways to go. Don't expect everyone else to change. I sense there are a lot of things you still need to work on before these relationships become all they can be. throughout the course of our relationship Ihave payed for 80% of our expenses... lets call it my $16000 to her $4000.. I havent made money in a few months... but shes been working and ive been budgeting so we have the money saved up

AIDS Drug Assistance Programs are a set of programs in all 50-states in the United States that provide Food and Drug Administration-approved HIV treatment drugs to low income patients in the U.S.
The programs are administered by each state with funds distributed by the United States government.
In June 2007 the program provided coverage for 102,000 or 30% of those infected with HIV in the United States. Drug expenditures were $100.1 million in 2007 and $8.8 million in money spent on helping with insurance payments. This represented 344,600 prescriptions.
The total program budget is $1.4 Billion with California receiving $288 Million, New York $241 Million, Texas $101 Million, and Florida $97 Million
The point is taxpayers are paying for this program. A small point is that there is no federal sales tax and since the funds come from the federal government, sales tax is not funding this program.
What about the people who pay taxes yet don't support the program? Guess what, they don't have a choice.
Although the possibility exists that the program could receive donations, there is no data to support this happening that I can find.
You are grabbing at straws here and making yourself look foolish.
Can you name place where a like (meaning free to those who qualify) program exists without benefit of government? Charity is a good thing, but it would take a lot of charity to fund such an expensive program.

What insults? What opinions? I am merely stating some facts. This is why I put the information I provided in quotes. You can look up how ADAP is funded by Googling the question, as I did. Do you find it insulting that I mention your maturity? Don't be so sensitive. Even though I was married, supported my wife my son and a cousin and we lived in our own home when I was your age,I was far less mature than I am today. Fortunately, I had the good sense to not make the same mistakes/choices you've made. -Never did drugs. Never borrowed or took money from my parents nor needed to. But, I made some mistakes too. Just not ones with the severe consequences of the ones you've made.
I did call you an unrealistic dreamer. That wasn't meant as an insult, but I can see where you might think it was. Idealism is a by product of your youthful years. You are among many. Idealism can be a good thing when tempered with some level of realism.
Here is a question for you. Do you think it was insecurity, parental indulgence, poor judgment, or drugs that caused you to have so much grief so early on in life? For clarity, I was not asking about your childhood grief. Rather I was thinking of the stuff that's gone down in your life since you've become an adult. You are right about the fact that it all boils down to choices one makes. However, our past experiences often influence our choices. For example, you were once a very chubby young man. The fact is that federal government funds the ADAP and they are able to do this because people pay taxes. In all likelihood any politicians who supported this program also pay taxes. It is obvious that we are coming from very different places politically and that's fine. In fact, it is exactly as it should be because different opinions and philosophies keep things real.

And now he's turned to God, and quoting scriptures. Remember when he was debating philosophy? It's a pattern.

He said that they found an apt and were due to move in a few weeks/months, and I asked how were they going to pay for it if he is not working. He said that she has been working and he has been budgeting. This was a few weeks before he was arrested/turned himself in.
What happened after that, since he has been in jail, is anybody's guess.

Yea warrants out of two ciunties. Couurt date for the more serious charge set for the first week of April. Will make a court date for the other one after I get that sentence. Hoping to get the charges lowered so I can avoid jail time andtake some classes instead. If that works out I will present the judge in the other county with the sentence and hope that he allows the one set of classes take care of both charges. Thats what im hoping. But worst case scenario im look at 18 months in jail plus classes when I get out.

T, if thats 18 mOnths prison, I think you can request a PC 1203.2(a) which will allow to to serve all the time youre sentenced to in various county concurrently. Get all that shit handled and dismissed.
Not sure how that works since AB109 fucked California by helping criminals like you, but it may be worth looking into.

I think that both Uberman and Mr. Bates are on the right path and I applaud their zealous pursuit of truth and their tireless efforts to shed light on wickedness. In their zeal they may be a bit.. over zealous... in their wide sweeping judgements.

And then there was Simon the sorcerer of Samaria. I think the bible is referring to real "magic" when it refers to witch craft and sorcerery.
