But for real, don't these guys get bored of doing the same old shit year in and out? We all start this game in our mid teens and keep at it for a good few years before life and ambition pulls us into different directions and gives us new experiences. Mike appears to do the same fucking thing, decade after decade. I've always thought the training should be something you 'also' do, instead of THE thing you do. Spending your life in a gym, worrying about looks and trying to look young and hang on to your last vestiges of youth as a 'job' whilst CLEARLY looking your fucking age .... is there a point?

Saying that, at least Mike has a great build. A little fat ogre like Kamali should be the poster boy for anyone's sorry ass future if you do nothing else in life other than peddling water.

I've been in the gym for a decade and a half already, my life has cnaged in many ways, but no way in hell I'm bored of lifting and looking good. I'm lookin' forward for each and every workout, it's better than ever to be honest. I guess differne people, different ways of life.. And can you get tired of looking young? It's like getting tired of being healthy. Noone want's to look washed up..

Always enjoyed watching O'Hearn's training videos and his philosophy of working.

Even though Blaha gets cracked on alot here, his videos are right up there with Mike's when it comes to entertaining, imo.

You got to remember Mike is 6'1" or 6'2" ,so he is tall. If a tall man can hold his own against a guy who is 5'8" Like Jay, and be 5 years older then Jay. Yet claim he is natural,lol.
In Iron man there is photo measuring his arms at 21" .
Mike has a great physique, and has done well for himself.
But to be that lean full and hard at 46 years old, naturally.  Not going to happen.
If he is natural he is from another planet, lol.
