Look, I know I have a longgggg way to go, but since I got this assault bike there have been big changes. My body, a bit, still a heavy guy, but my cardio is ridiculous. My bp was 117/78 yesterday and resting pulse is 61. Im super happy with progress and addicted to keeping going
