This was 3 months ago and people are already arguing about how I would look on stage now. I couldn't even raise my arm 3 months ago much less train. I have a blood cyst forming in my damn armpit right now from getting ahead of myself and using a tiny bit of weight . Give me 6 months to actually recover so I can properly train and I will make all of our hopes and dreams come true

Shit I may even have an idea it looks like you don't need to qualify for a national event to get a pro card. It would appear any NPC athlete can register for the Amateur Mr Olympia show and win a pro card. I am going this year to check it out the competition maybe I go to compete in 2022. They don't have an over 40+ so would have to go against the 35+ year olds. Still Bhank Mr Olympia has a nice ring to it seems more prestigous than NABBA to me. Seems about right for my first show why dick around with Wes and the special guys at the state shows may as well just do the Olympia that would Trump Wes and his 60 weleterweight nabba master shows yes? I mean it would appear anyone can register for the show no qualification needed.

Do I go masters 35+ bodybuilding or classic pyshique (I am right at the limit for my height now) but no masters division. There is a master pysique but does pyhsique have a weight limit? I guess I need to see how much I can grow in a year

NPC ask your category at registration and can't register until December for 2022 but will check it all out going to the Olympia to watch this year step 1

I literally had to get up out of bed due to my pec throbbing I have a new cyst type thing forming deep in my armpit and it hurts there are multiple tears and just patchwork pieces of pec in there right now. I am going to have to add back fluids to help with the pain

If your pec hasn't healed in 3 months you have an issue with something else.

I've torn a lot of muscles, they heal in about 12-16 weeks tops.

I had a full ACL reconstruction and was running full speed and squatting over 200 pounds in less than 3 months.

Honestly, I think I am a stage 9 or 10. Don't know for sure since I never let it grow out. I mean when more than half the head is hairless, it is time to make being bald a statement.

For some crazy reason, I decided to let my mustache grow out about a week ago. I'll probably end up looking like some sad old 80's porn actor. That's okay. About the only hair I can grow these days is on my face and my back. Legs and recently arms are almost hairless. When I was younger, I had too much body hair and hated it. Wished it would go away. Now that it has, I kind of miss it.

In 99% of NPC contests all you need to do is buy an NPC card and pay your entry fee.

Even though it says you have to qualify that in most cases is bullshit.

If you told them you won your class in the Mr. California they aren`t gonna check on 400 applications besides they just want your money.

I`m speaking from FACT and EXPERIENCE something you do not have !!
