When then Senator Kamala Harris called for Donald Trump to be banned from Twitter, even Elizabeth Warren was horrified.
Warren responded by calling out the Harris campaign for taking campaign contributions from big tech executives Kamala pretends to regulate:
Kamala Harris: "Senator Warren, I was surprised that you did not agree with me, when I called on Twitter to suspend Donald Trump's account that you did not agree. I would urge you to join me.
He and his account should be taken down.
Join me if you will, join me in saying that his account should be taken down. No?"
Elizabeth Warren: "You can't go behind closed doors and take the money of these executives, and then turn around that these are the people who are finally going to enforce the laws."
Kamala Harris: "So you will join me in saying that Twitter should shut down that [Trump's] account?"
Elizabeth Warren: "If we're going to talk seriously about breaking up big tech, then we should ask if people are taking money from the big tech executives. [Like Kamala Harris]
If we're going to talk seriously about breaking up big drug companies, we should ask if people are financing their campaigns by taking money from big drug executives. [Like Kamala Harris]
We should ask if people are funding their campaigns, by taking money from those executives."
Kamala Harris is more radical than Elizabeth Warren, which is why nearly every single Democrat on that stage performed better than Kamala Harris in 2020. She is pure astroturf, she could have never won the 2024 primary on her own.
