« Last post by oldtimer1 on Today at 09:40:18 AM »Ran 5.17 miles then 5 x 110 yard strides (semi sprints). Legs were a little shot from yesterday's leg day. Disappointed with the time but a slow five mile is better than sitting on the couch with a gut. Tomorrow is back.

28 Years Later. And will star Cillian Murphy from the original 28 Days Later.
Personally I liked 28 Days Later. The first half. Once they reached the military compound - while good - I lost interest. The first half about the abandoned city, escape attempt, seeking refuge, survival skills, infected ragers (sort of what most cross fitters are modeled after) was awesome. The whole movie should have been about that and trying to escape the quarantine zone. But they stumbled in the second half. Oh well.
