When young most every guy wants to be big and muscular at the expense of a chiseled and ripped physique as you want to look impressive in the clubs and at work and your spending the vast majority of your time in clothes so the lack of a six pack doesn't matter. But when you get older you think more about health and constantly having to eat takes on less of an appeal so epic leans starts to take priority.

my face gets "fat looking" when i become massive/ripped. my neck gets huge so my face as well gets huge as well... even though im ripped. when my face gets big, i loose my looks. when im smaller and toned without the huge traps and neck my face is "team lean face". i get way more attention by women when i have "team lean face"...even though id prefer massive and ripped look ..but its all muscle memory so i can change my looks in a matter of weeks. if i get married id go back to massive and ripped...but my girlfriends get jealous when other women stare at me..when i have Team Lean Face

Also posting this here as I think it's relevant...
From what I've read it's recommended for health reasons that your waist be not more than 1/2 your height.
This is not that easy to do once you get older.
I'm about 3 inches out of whack (waist 3 inches too big).
To lose 3 inches I would have to drop quite a few pounds. Guess I've been delusional about my bodyfat %.

I took this picture about twenty minutes ago when I was taking my phone off the holder. I was getting out of my car heading to the food court when I got your PM. This got me back on GetBig when I came across this thread. Yes, I dye my hair. I just don't want to be grey. It makes you look so old. I'm kind of frosted on the side and on top. I don't know how long I'll do this. I'll be 61 years old next month. Part of life is hanging on as long as you can.

Love how you always make assumptions on a persons nutritional deficiency. I get blood work every 4 months and my vitamin D is right on the max reference age. I've also had B levels checked and all was on the high levels. My knee problems was as a result of being on the wrong end of a hip throw during Jiu-Jitsu practice. They had to cut out over 90% of my cartridge and meniscus -- and that was in 1995. Imagine my knee after 25 more years of wear and tear?
