If the guy keeps lifting with decent intensity for another 6 or 7 years he can have solid looking arms.

He's only 18 years old.

lol! It was on the same day. I was on a holiday, need something to store my camera, map etc... not very pretty I know.. :)

P.s MethodGNA still waiting for your picture and the reason i asked him to post a picture with his arm held out from his body is that it would probably look smaller due to not being pushed out with fat etc and would be easier to judge true size. note that he declined to do so and hes been training twice aslong as me.

note: im probably 12-14% bodyfat now max maybe less

haha, It didnt look as good as I wanted it to be, and unless its a "before" photo, I dont like posting bad photos lol.

To be fair it is an arm thread. He posted an arm. Give him 3 or 4 years he will no doubtbe a huge man if he keeps at it.

Also man im a lil over 6'3" @ 18 my arms went from 15.5 - 16.5"
