I no longer have a lawn to mow but the Governor of Commiefornia can't claim I'm using too much water. Yesterday I did arms. 10 sets of 10 each for biceps and triceps. I also "walked" a half mile for cardio. Today I will walk again but maybe further and will do back and chest.BB rows on the Smith and DB flyes. 5 sets of 10 for each.
