I also stepped up my training and pushing myself, also doing more intricate lifts added to bring out my muscles and shape, I was touring the world and training half ass for a couple of years, now I am back to 1, and looking to go to 10, and just last week my training I gained alot of muscle and my physique held more roundness and size, I have broke it down in one and two month sequences, so the first 6 months I will work on adding muscle, hardness, and lean muscle addition to get myself where I need to be, the next 3 months will be perfecting it, and the last 2 to 3 months on the diet.
