Second meal
3 hb eggs
Chicken breast
Pinto beans
Kale
Noodle

Third meal
Chicken breast
Sweet potato
Spinach

Fourth meal
Steak
Pinto beans
2 hb eggs
Kale

Do you have any idea how many calories you are consuming per day on this diet? It's all good nutritious food, but you still need to balance caloric intake with caloric expense. If you are consuming more calories than you need, regardless of where they come from, you will not lose the fat you want.

Also, as I mentioned before, protein drinks often contain a lot of sugars. These will also throw off you caloric balance. And a fine balancing act it is too. Good luck.

I will also begin doing my workouts at Milos old gym, still there under a new ownership, probly best gym in the area, all iron, all hammer st, cybex, body master equipment, time to  exorcise the ghosts of pros like Shawn ray, Milos, flex wheeler, Nasser,  Richard jones and Melvin, it's CSWOL turn to get it done!
You seen chaos there? He used to train there I think.

Chaos can of course answer, but I don't believe he works out there anymore.

Great gym... I don't blame you. Isn't that a good hike down to fullerton for you?

I've only been in the place once to talk to Milos and hang with Chaos.

I admire the enthusiasm - but 245 on stage?  You think you only got 25lbs to lose?

You will not make 245 on stage bro maybe 210 or 15. Dropping water the last few days takes the pounds off.

Just go for how you look best.  If you look best at 240 - go there  -  if you look best at 210-215  - go for it.

Just for the best you can look since 210 shredded looks better than 230 soft on stage

I find it funny how Cswole likes hard boiled eggs so much, as his cranium highly resembles one.

....everyone I consulted with said 245 is realistic

Whoever you consulted are complete FUCKHEADS. I don't care if you talked to Chad Nicholls, Chris Aceto, Hany Rambod, George Farah and Cormier... whoever said this is a lying scumbag, alternately a complete retard who doesn't know the first thing about competitive bodybuilding.

Tell me, WHO said this to you?? They deserve a beating for lying to a true iron pumper. :D

You will NEVER compete, though I would love to see it. Call me a hater but you won't prove me wrong. You are 180lbs lean. To get ripped you would have to drop below that.

You have a full year. Start now, bring yourseldown to close to peak condition by Nov-Dec. This will give  you an idea of what to expect. After that, don't go up anymore than 15-20lbs MAX and stay there, put some muscle on. Start coming back down again starting in May, this will make the cutting easier and you arrive at full peak the day of the show. In other word, since you have never dieted down for a show, doing it this way you will peak twice within a year. It also helps take the guess work out of just doing it once for a show. Truth is, you, me or anyone else have no clue where you'll be. In order to find out you have to do one of two things, the way I just suggested or a BMI through hydrostatic. We use a company out of Santa Ana for that. It's around 97% accurate. It will give you an idea of where you stand.
