You have a full year. Start now, bring yourseldown to close to peak condition by Nov-Dec. This will give you an idea of what to expect. After that, don't go up anymore than 15-20lbs MAX and stay there, put some muscle on. Start coming back down again starting in May, this will make the cutting easier and you arrive at full peak the day of the show. In other word, since you have never dieted down for a show, doing it this way you will peak twice within a year. It also helps take the guess work out of just doing it once for a show. Truth is, you, me or anyone else have no clue where you'll be. In order to find out you have to do one of two things, the way I just suggested or a BMI through hydrostatic. We use a company out of Santa Ana for that. It's around 97% accurate. It will give you an idea of where you stand.
