Chris Cormier helping me and another pro, along with some good amatuers, with all th info I have available and my killer workouts I will be 245 on stage!

and the pic above is your waistline

you believe you have 23 pounds of weight to lose to get on stage

its just I MUST have read that wrong surely.

THAT waistline- 23 lbs equals stage ready.

thats 56lbs to our american chums

so 212 then lose another 10-15 to get ripped.

not joking as I know he has time but cormier must be smoking crack if he's told the guy he's 23 lbs off stage

This is 23 lb away from stage, man you guys are smoking crack, cswole is 55lb away from stage easily. How can you think you are as lean as I am in this pic which is 23 lb out with that big gut of yours cswole.  ???

 cswol was a skinny kid back in the day    he is a natural ecto        so he can get down to two percent body fat with those genetics

^  I think everyone is being realistic except for cswol. If he looks like that at 280 then IMO he will need to drop at least 70-80lbs before stepping on stage.

I hear cswol is using some serious amount of drugs for this contest, so if he has any hope of competing above 210 the drugs will have to do their thing and recomp his body.

he is now 1/12th of the way through his 'pre contest'

and he still looks like grossberger off stir crazy

and he is still obsessed by numbers


as I have said all along he is going to hit the stage at haney like weight.

for his first contest.

without ever having got sliced.

its just not going to happen

and cormier and that lot must be winding him up- like you used to with the 'special' kid in school.

cswole can do it but not if he is relying on those numbers he keeps speaking on, they are not realistic at all. Anyone who is successful in a bodybuilding contest does not concern themselves with numbers, it just does not work the way he thinks it does.

When you have enough muscles to compete, your objective should be 2 things and 2 things only

drop all body fat
drop all water once the bodyfat is gone.

there is no room to be concerning himself with scale. As you know, I last weighed myself at 222lb and have not stepped on the scale since, does it matter if I end up at 205lb? NO, does it matter if I end up at 160? NO, at this point all that matters is to show striations in every body part.

WEIGHT MEANS NOTHING

16 ounces in a pound    so I guess 16 ounce chicken breasts at 02.29 per breast is pretty damn good

 that is if he gets 10 breasts in each 10 pound bag
