IDK man, I don't measure, and rarely ever weigh myself... I just go by how the muscles feel, what I look like in the mirror, and by the weights I am able to use in the gym. If I'm looking/feeling bigger, my abs are staying the same level of defined or getting sharper, and the weights and/or reps are increasing, then I know I'm doing something right.
