Phils ceterline is offset outside of yates. match them up and phil is even more narrow than yates. This shows how narrow phil is and how wide dorian was.

Levrone compared well to Coleman and Yates in certain poses. However, Yates was on another level in terms of overall conditioning and thickness.

white guys often prefer the white guy when the other guy is black or mixed, you disagree with that?

the judging criteria calls for a trim waistline and proportional body parts, tell me how yates is the "best" when it comes to that criteria when his waist is wide and distended and his left arm is literally missing

if i'm "full homo" for Mr. Levrone than so are you for yates

That is one of the most ignorant, inaccurate, and plain stupid remarks I've read in some time. Perhaps you're racist which is why you think everyone else is. I have never considered a bodybuilder's race as a determining factor of whether I like them (no homo). Clearly you do.

Your racist conspiracy theory is total nonsense. Look at the diversity amongst the Mr. O winners, Arnold winners, and other top guys throughout history. It's clear that race has nothing to do with success.

In all fairness, no one could touch Dorian when he turned around. His back was his calling card, but overall, I think Kevin had the better physique. It flowed better and he had more symmetry. Dorian had a crazy back, sick calves and was grainy as fuck. Those 3 features were his calling card and everything else was just average, or below average (abs, traps, pecs, quads, bicep, etc).

The race of the competitors doesn't matter. On this subject of yates he brought the best combo of size balance proportion symmetry and condition. The judges awarded yates first place. Over and out.

And this retarded talk of yates having one arm, lots of butt hurt people say this. His left biceps was shorter but not fatally. other 0 winners had short biceps. Didn't matter. As far as yates goes it may have affected one pose, front double biceps. He can lose that one pose but wins all others. Game over.

His arms were still great...sure, the tear affected his left arm, but certainly not enough to cost him an Olympia gI've all of his strengths. Every competitor has flaws. Dorian had the fewest in his era.

In the above pic yates arms are fine. He has peak. Yes his left biceps is a little shorter than the right but it'd not suffering the overall look. Both nasser and kevin have football shaped biceps (same w shawn ray). Yates has baseball biceps. Everything fits w everything else. Balance proportion symmetry in condition.

As far as the 97 olympia no one knew or said anything about yates left triceps (haters still talking about his left biceps) until after the show was over and it was reported that yates had a triceps tendon tear. NASSER was good but not good enough.
