That sushi looks real good!
Today I woke up and had a slice of apple and swig if soy milk. At lunchtime, had avocado, lentils, pumpkin seeds and some lettuce.
An hour or two before my workout I'll have a small cup of oats in water with a couple tablespoons of dark chocolate (caffeine) and peanut butter.
After walking home I'll have my big meal, which is a large bowl of steamed and salted vegetables (carrot, broccoli, snap peas, bell pepper) with tofu. Then I'll eat raw oats with soy milk, protein powder, and dark chocolate until I'm satisfied.
This is what I eat pretty much all weekdays now, although the "formula" always seems to drift over time.
Lately I've moved away from high carbs to higher fat, and I feel a lot better focus.
