Why not take a couple of Provirons a day. The DHT will keep you from getting lethargic and it will keep your libido strong. It gives you a good non aromatizing androgen in you which is important if you want to feel good when you drop test.

Yeah that might be a good idea, budget is tight tho for this prep so that's why I wasn't taking it.
I like to use proviron in most of my cycles usually !

Meso: Strenght is great, I try not to push too hard since I injured my shoulder once again 2 weeks ago, but in most of the exercices I did this week the weights were still up a bit !

I am like you, I always get stronger as I diet for a show (exept for squats)

My shoulder is fahked too. I cry warming up with 45lb dumbells for presses and anything past 75 hurts so bad I can't even perform the rep properly. Any advice other than ortho surgery or epic nubain and advil overdose?

that's my problem with aceto, sometimes I hear him say put your carbs meal 1 and pretraining (post workout is BS)

than in some posts I hear him say to put the carbs post workout

what gives ?

what I have is a subluxation, so everytime it hurts I go to my chiropractor.

he put it back into place, I ice it for 2-3 days, than I start training heavy again.


but I haven't been able to do a over-head press for the last 7 years, exept if it's on a machine and I do it very slowly

dude I was just like you guys couldnt do shit because of my shoulder and as soon as i told him that he knew exactly my problem and replaced my shoulders. had to train very light for 2 weeks and now, boom i can do heavy behind the neck presses

nah dude I dont think they give pills or maybe only natural products, no lab  medication, they only heal you with natural stuff.. NATURopath lol

Well i know he likes to do carbs earlier in the day.

He also mentions that when dieting that its better to eat pro/fat post workout because carbs pwo shuts down some fat burning hormones in your body.

I remember reading something he wrote where he said he liked to do carbs in the 1st meal because glycogen stores are low and then pre workout so they can be utilized during your training.

Offseason I know he recommends carbs pre and pwo for sure.

never heard about that before, I see his logic but I don't know..

but I'll start training in the morning soon so I'll have the carbs at the first meal, wich is also going to be my pre workout meal

so no more problems  ;D

I feel I burn fat faster this way since I eat protein only the rest of the day

ok fellas, I hesitated before posting those but what the hell.

Keep in mind that I am still 18 weeks out there so of course I don't have a lot of separation and waist is kinda bloated

I am 212 in these shots, after 2 days of carbing up (I was 200 yesterday morning wich was way too low at this point)

As for Chsis Aceto. He always says that he works differently with his clients, thus the confusion with post and pre workout carbs...

He believes though, that PREworkout carbs are more important than POSTworkout...not eating carbs post workout speeds up fat-loss but for small periods. use this method as a tool in your diet but dont overdo it (many days)..

i started using T3 at 50mcg split 2x a day

i think i have hypothyroidsm or wtver its called gotta get my blood test done to find out for sure

Stav, something many European and Arabs do as far as i know to achieve that hard look, is staying clean couple WEEKS before the show (many of the shows are supposed to be tested).
This way, I believe they shed the bloofy androgenic look and come in grainy. I have never tried that though.
