well right now I will try to stay around 240 maybe try to get to 250 but I don't want my bodyfat to get higher it already is

so I'll clean up the diet a big !

We're in the same boat stav, I'm also at 238 hitting 240, at this point I've also been a massive fatass, but this time around, I still got some abs, kinda scared to get chunky, guess the 2 iu's of gh are doing a good job at this point at keeping my bf stabilized.

does slin makes you retain water bro?  me every 3 or 4 days i need to stop for 2 days, i get crazy water retention, chipmunk cheeks, i am pumped all the time especially in my hands lol which make me do hypertension and get headaches all the time.. as soon as i stop it the water get out and its alright
