If this is true, then good for him.  No need to spend money on a fancier place, at least not in my opinion.  All of my friends who made those kinds of spending decisions in the past [and still do] are paying the price by being in debt to the tune of five figures.

I think it's interesting that Kai and Oscar are of the same mndset....

Here's my theories

A) He is from Ports Unknown and subscribes to the Ultimate Warrior Interview school of thought, minus the snarling
B) This is just an act to continually create interest....heck look at all the posts with his name in it...He has to be the most talked about BB'er out there, edging out Phil and Jay

Either way, he's a good dude, very humble, never wronged me so what do I care what he does in his personal life
