Make sure other co-workers aren't listening because those fucking ants will invite themselves to go with you guys. Make sure you say the part " I would like it if you'd join me " not do you wan to join me. This way you are making it personal and directed to her.

I used to work with some Guatemalans...one in particular was extra short and dark. All the other Guatemalans called him negrito(short dark guy). Well one day a black chick from the office walks by and over hears a conversation between these guatalamans...and hears the words negrito. She goes to hr and claims these dudes were using racial slurs. ::)
