I'm primarily concerned about US interest and given the region Egypt under Mubarak is about as good as it gets for us.

He's on my facebook and his last update is Jan 26th. I have spoken to him a few times over the phone but then we resorted more to email since the time zones would make it difficult to connect at a convenient time and the reception was off at times as well...so that was a while back and I seem to have misplaced his #.

Anyway hopefully all is fine and he will continue soon on this board with his unbiased threads about Nasser and other bodybuilders!

many thx bro.. there was no internet the past few days and the situation is still very serious because some ppl want mubarak to leave IMMEDIATELY and others agree with him including myself to leave by september at the time of the coming election to transfer the authority peacefully in the right way!!..

thx brother.. yes shihab street was ALL stolen and also gamat al dowal street on jan. 28 when the police took orders from "certain power" to leave!!.. all egypt stayed with NO POLICE for some days!!.. can you imagine this?!.. the army was/is there in the streets but with no orders to deal with the looters!!.. things are better now but it's still serious and i keep an iron bar and a knife with me all the time!.. i heard about some ppl who live close to me killed and also a lot of the bad guys were killed!!..

Looks like shit hit the fan today with the people on horseback going around beating up the protesters, stay safe brother man.
