It's not easy to downsize at all. Im done with lifting big weights for now and Im trying to loose some size from my legs. I train them every 10 days and like 100kg on front squats max. Fuckers stay same size.

Im fed up with looking silly in jeans.
you need to stop training them more than once a month

it would have been realy cool if you took a pic everyday from the samw pose and lightning and then made a time laps video showing the transformation.


At what bf% level do you think you are now at?

only an estimation 7-8%, But now is the hard part. The body goes through more discomfort.

I am going to struggle next week but the good part is every lb you drop at this time you look different, the scale is gone, don`t have a clue what I weigh.

I don`t stop until every body part has skin the thinness of an eye lid.

I decided to save it all until the end, this way I don`t have to worry about how I look like in between, the goal is to be more ripped then I ever have been in my life, if that means less muscle then so be it but have to stick to the main objective, 1 more month brother  ;)

This is actually a decent question. I am not a fan of the massive cheats anymore. I spend 4 hours after sweating profusely with an accelerated heart beat, and have a hard time sleeping. Maybe this is just me I don't know. Some of my cheat meals can be a little over the top though.

I normally diet Monday to Friday and eat what I like at weekends.
Last weekend I ate quite a lot of carbs on Sunday and felt like total shit.

Just having a bit extra tonight this weekend and a couple of drinks.
Back on diet foods tomorrow.

Couple questions Oth...

1) why limit your cheat meal? Do you really think it makes a difference in how much fat you'll put on from it?  Also where do you get 5500 from?

2) do you fast and take diuretics again afterward?

3) do you think partial ROM has any benefit?  Not locking out on bench press, etc

I experienced the same and so did people I train.. Cheating needs to be done in small meals throughout the day. Otherwise it can hit you pretty hard as you noticed

as a teenager with epic epic delusions of intergalactical proportions i did a lot of extreme and insane and ignorant dieting


i was pretty much cultivating a severe eating disorder


then i went to military summer camp for 2 months where we had to eat what they gave us and the soldiers were really jacked to my teenage impressionable mind

i picked their brain on this bb nutrition matter and they told me to follow general guidelines but never obsess over shit

and after these two months i didnt look worse at all

so abandoned all this nutrition bro science

i guess

Because I probably am the only bodybuilder on the planet that has gone 26 days without eating carbs. The whole point of this diet was for speed and to get as shredded as possible, a cheat meal smack in the middle has it`s benefits,

1- it will keep me sane, 2- it will replace all my glycogen stores to give me a piece of mind and mentally recharge cause I will literally triple in size tomorrow- today i feel skinny. 3 it should replenish vitamins and mineral I am deficient in and a complete rejuvenation. you call it binge eating, i call it a reward at the end of torturous 26 day journey.

Ya around 15% body fat or more, I am guessing i am around 216-217, but not sure, that is down from 246.

Don`t forget on top of my diet being extreme, i am on the roof as well so I probably burn a lot more calories then the average person does.

This is preferable. I will have a piece of cheese cake for dessert, or a few pieces of pizza, etc.. I use to go balls to the wall on these cheat meals and my heart rate would sit at 100-120 for a few hours.  That just cannot be healthy.

??? not sure what you mean by that but normal bodybuilders that go no carbs fill up once a week, very few hit 10 days no carbs and if you are hitting 14 days no carbs you are considered a mental freak, an animal with insane discipline, I just did 26 days straight, anyone who has even tried this for one week knows how much hunger pains, agony, anxiety, emotions and the works it takes to do this, not trying to Bragg but fuck this was hard, but the reward was tenfold the hardness, cause I am shredded already.

I have had people come up to me asking how many days out I am from my show and I am like ``i am not doing one`` and they are like WTF.

I beleive it was pointed out he eats trace carbs through vegetables only, but isnt not counting them per se.
