

not sure what you mean by that but normal bodybuilders that go no carbs fill up once a week, very few hit 10 days no carbs and if you are hitting 14 days no carbs you are considered a mental freak, an animal with insane discipline, I just did 26 days straight, anyone who has even tried this for one week knows how much hunger pains, agony, anxiety, emotions and the works it takes to do this, not trying to Bragg but fuck this was hard, but the reward was tenfold the hardness, cause I am shredded already.
I have had people come up to me asking how many days out I am from my show and I am like ``i am not doing one`` and they are like WTF.
