Piano is at least doing what he wants/likes.  He has a few mental issues, but seems like a fairly decent guy for the most part.  I don't think he'll live long though.

Last I checked, I don't think Coleman trained more than 90 minutes.  I guess he could have hit 350lbs shredded if he embraced the Piana principles.

The guy doesn't even train legs for fuck sake...haha

As long as nobody on here takes him seriously pertaining to his relevance in bodybuilding history, I will still have some faith left in the getbig boards and knowledgable posters.

Fuck I rather look like Dexter anyday! these kids coming up today following this guy are crazy stupid! dude looks all wrong dexter is older then Rich or the same this is the craziest Bodybuilding picture I have seen because I can't spot ONE FLAW the picture was one month ago when he won the prague show-Flawless better then Phil Heath by far!Phil Heath will not last s long as Dexter in this sport nobody will best bodybuilder ever!

I would venture to say anyone who uses anabolics has a dysmorphia. that's why we do this. just some are more extreme than others.
